I offer personal training in Denver for active adults who want structured, effective workouts and long-term results. Whether you prefer in-person coaching or a flexible online program, every option is built around your goals, experience, and schedule.

All in-person sessions take place at Club Form in Downtown Denver.

In-person training provides the highest level of coaching and accountability. Every session is tailored to your goals, whether that’s building strength, improving movement quality, or training without pain.​​

I work with active adults and athletes who want structured, thoughtful training rather than random workouts. Sessions are designed to challenge you appropriately while keeping long-term progress and injury prevention in mind.​​

All sessions take place at Club Form in Downtown Denver, easily accessible from neighborhoods including LoDo, LoHi, Capitol Hill, and Cherry Creek.

1-on-1 Private Training

Individualized attention and fully customized workouts designed around your goals, fitness level, and needs. This option is ideal for people who want focused attention, efficient workouts, and a clear long-term plan. Sessions focus on building strength, improving movement quality, and helping you train consistently without pain.

(Cost ranges from $72-$105 per hour, depending on package.)

2-on-1 Training

Train with a partner, friend, or spouse while still receiving personalized coaching. Partner training allows you to share the cost of training while staying motivated and accountable together. Workouts are designed to ensure both participants train at the appropriate level.

(Cost ranges from $54-$78 per person per hour.)

Small Group Training

Small group sessions combine the energy of group workouts with the quality of coached strength training. Groups are capped at six people, allowing for individual feedback and coaching while maintaining a supportive training environment. This option works well for people who enjoy training with others while still improving strength and movement.

Online coaching is designed for people who want expert guidance while training on their own schedule. You’ll receive a structured program tailored to your goals, along with ongoing support and progress tracking.
